A private equity sponsor needed one approach to AI governance across the companies in its manufacturing portfolio.
Our approach
Using our AIM-PE framework, we formalized a portfolio-wide AI policy, trained the first portfolio company, and inventoried and prioritized its AI use cases so the highest-value ones come first.
The outcome
The portfolio moved from Level 1 to Level 3 on our AI maturity model, with one policy across the portfolio and a prioritized list of use cases to work through.
