Last updated: November 5, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Compello Partners LLC (“Compello Partners,” “we,” “us” or “our”) collects, uses and shares information when you visit compellopartners.com (the “Site”) or contact us through it. By using the Site, you agree to the practices described here.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you fill in our contact form, we collect your name, work email, company name, phone number (optional) and anything you write in your message. When you book a meeting through our scheduling tool, we collect the details you enter there, such as your name, email address and meeting notes. If you email or call us, we keep the information you share.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our service providers automatically collect certain technical information through cookies and similar technologies, including your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, time spent on pages, the site that referred you and your approximate location (city or region).

We do not ask for, and ask that you do not send us, sensitive personal information such as financial account numbers, health information or government identification numbers through the Site.

How we use information

We use the information we collect to:

respond to your inquiries and schedule meetings;

provide, evaluate and discuss our services with you;

understand how visitors use the Site and improve its content and performance;

understand which organizations are interested in our services;

protect the Site against fraud, spam and misuse; and

comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

Analytics and business visitor identification

Google Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the Site. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect information such as pages visited and general location, and reports it to us in aggregate. You can learn how Google uses this data at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites and opt out with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

Leadfeeder by Dealfront. We use Leadfeeder to identify the companies whose networks visit the Site, based on IP address and publicly available business information. We use this to understand which organizations are interested in our services. It is designed to identify businesses, not individual people.

Scheduling. Meetings booked through the Site are handled by Calendly, which processes the information you enter under its own privacy policy.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

We share information only:

with service providers who help us run the Site and our business, such as website hosting, email, analytics, visitor identification and scheduling providers, who may use it only to provide services to us;

for legal reasons, when required by law or legal process, or to protect the rights, property or safety of Compello Partners, our clients or others; and

in a business transaction, such as a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, in which case the information may transfer to the successor, subject to this policy.

Cookies and your choices

Most browsers let you block or delete cookies through their settings. If you block cookies, some parts of the Site may not work as intended. You can opt out of Google Analytics as described above.

You may ask us at any time to stop contacting you by replying to our email or writing to us at the address below.

Data retention

We keep personal information for as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, including to respond to you, maintain our business records and meet legal obligations, and then delete or anonymize it.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect the information we collect. No website or internet transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, including California and other U.S. states, the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, you may have the right to:

know what personal information we hold about you and request a copy;

correct inaccurate information;

request that we delete your information;

opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do not sell or share it); and

not be treated differently for exercising these rights.

To make a request, contact us using the details below. We may need to verify your identity before responding, and we will respond within the time required by applicable law. If you are in the EEA or UK, we process your information based on our legitimate interests in operating our business and responding to inquiries, or with your consent where required, and you may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

International visitors

The Site is operated in the United States. If you visit from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country.

Children’s privacy

The Site is intended for business professionals and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
