An automotive aftermarket distributor’s warehouse was making too many shipping errors, and its finance team spent much of its time on manual accounts payable and receivable work.
Our approach
We put in a new warehouse management system, live in three months, and used Microsoft 365 automation to take the manual work out of accounts payable and receivable.
The outcome
Shipping errors fell 34%, and the AP and AR workload dropped by about 80%.
