The challenge
A PE-backed healthcare business was being carved out of its parent while two roll-up acquisitions were integrated at the same time. It needed its own systems, email and security, and an audit-ready security program, without disrupting three businesses at once.
Our approach
We set up the integration management office and led every workstream. We implemented NetSuite and Salesforce, moved the company from Google Workspace to Microsoft 365 (with email live in two weeks), stood up Azure for Power BI reporting, and migrated and consolidated more than 500 servers on AWS.
As fractional CISO, we also managed the company’s internal and HITRUST audits.
The outcome
The business was off the transition services agreement (TSA) in four months, saving nearly $1M, with its own systems in place and both roll-ups brought in alongside the carve-out.
